介绍了往复式活塞隔膜泵的结构及工作原理,建立了隔膜泵曲轴有限元模型,利用AN-SYS有限元软件对隔膜泵曲轴进行了应力计算与模态分析,得出最大应力、可能产生断裂的位置及前10阶固有频率。由分析结果知曲轴结构强度安全可靠,工作频率远远低于曲轴的各阶固有频率,所以隔膜泵曲轴因振动引起破坏的可能性很小。研究分析结果为该类产品进一步优化设计提供了理论依据。
The structure and working principle of the reciprocating piston diaphragm pump were introduced.The finite element model of the crankshaft were carried out by using ANSYS,the maximum stress,the likely fracture location and the first 10 natural frequencies were obtained.The results showed that the structural strength of the crankshaft is safe and reliable.The operating frequency is far lower than the natural frequencies of the crankshaft.Therefore,the possibility of the damage caused by vibration of the crankshaft is small.The research method and the analysis results can provide theoretical basis for the further optimize designing of this type of products.
