抑制性差减杂交是一种基于转录水平的杂交技术,能将差异表达基因扩增千倍后富集,具有高效、灵敏、操作简单,假阳性率低等特点,已经越来越多的被应用在植物学研究领域。就该技术的原理、特点及其在植物学方面的应用研究进展作一简要介绍。
Suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH) is a hybridization technique based on transcriptional level,it could identify and collect different expressed genes by amplify the different genes over 1 000 times.Because of the advantage of the technique including high efficiency,high sensitiveness,simple operation and low false positive rate,its application in plant is broadly more and more.This paper reviewed its working foundation,characters and application in plant research.
