采用超滤分级的方法,将蔗渣木质素磺酸镁分成不同相对分子质量范围的级分,研究了各级分的表面物化性能,结果表明,相对分子质量高比相对分子质量低的蔗渣木质素磺酸镁具有更高的表面活性和起泡能力;研究了各级分蔗渣木质素磺酸镁对水泥净浆流动度、凝结时间和砂浆抗压强度影响,结果表明,随着木质素磺酸镁相对分子质量的增大,其减水分散性能增强,水泥净浆凝结时间逐渐延长,砂浆抗压强度逐渐降低。
The bagasse magnesium lignosulfonate (ML)was fractionated in relative different molecular weight ranges by means of ultrafihration:the surface physical chemistry properties of ML in relative different molecular weights were discussed. The results show that the surface activity and foaming properties of relative high molecular weights of ML are higher than that of low molecular weights. In addition,the influence of molecular weight of ML on the properties of cement paste fluidity, setting time and mortar compression strength are further studied. With the increasing of molecular weight of ML, the fluidity of cement paste and the setting time are gradually increased, but the compression strength of mortar is gradually decreased.
