主动脉夹层( AD)是一种心血管系统急危重症,现已被证实与基因突变存在密切关系。近几十年来,人们通过各种研究方法发现了大量AD的易感基因。通过基因检测技术,利用AD易感基因来指导疾病的预防、诊断、治疗,让人们在降低AD的发病率、死亡率方面看到了新的希望。现阶段,限于基因检测技术以及AD易感基因特异性、敏感性方面的不足,基因检测技术尚未广泛用于AD的诊疗过程中。但相信随着医学的发展,基因检测技术定能成为AD诊疗过程中的重要工具。
Aortic Dissection is a kind of acute, severe disease of cardiovascular system, and has been confirmed to be closely connected with gene mutation.In recent decades, people have found a large number of susceptibility genes of AD through various methods.Utilizing AD susceptibility genes, tested by genetic technology to assist the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of AD brings new hopes in reducing the incidence and mortality of this disease.Up to now, the shortcomings of gene detecting technique and the specificity, sensitivity of AD susceptibility genes have still limited the use of gene detecting technique in AD management.Of course, with the development of medicine, gene detecting technique must become an important tool in AD diagnosis and treatment.
