以液位控制系统为研究对象,基于NI公司PCI-6024E数据采集卡以及LabVIEW开发环境建立了液位控制系统的实验平台,将虚拟仪器技术应用到控制系统中,具有灵活性好、可移植性强的特点,扩展了过程控制实验装置的功能.设计了基于LabVIEW的PID控制算法和灰色预测PID控制算法应用到双容液位控制系统中,取得了理想的控制效果,表明了所建立实验平台的有效性.
In order to extend the function of the process control device, a level control system experimental platform based on the NI data acquisition board PCI-6024E and LabVIEW development software is established. The virtual instrument technology is applied to the liquid level control system ,which has good flexibility ,transplantable charac- ters. PID control algorithm and the grey prediction PID control algorithm are designed based on LabVIEW and ap- plied in the dual-tank level control system and achieved good control effect, indicating the effectiveness of the experimental platform.
