本文以液位控制系统为研究对象,基于LabVIEW开发软件以及NI公司PCI-6024E数据采集板卡建立了液位控制系统的实验平台。该平台具有人机交互界面良好,开发周期短的特点,可以在该平台上设计不同的控制算法进行实验研究,扩展了过程控制实验装置的功能。笔者针对双容液位控制系统,设计了PID控制器和单神经元PID控制器。实验运行结果证明了所建立实验平台的有效性。
In order to extend the function of the process control device,a liquid-level control system experimental platform based on the LabVIEW development software and NI data acquisition board PCI-6024E is established.The platform has a good human machine interface(HMI) and short development cycle,on which we can study different control algorithm and test their effects in practice.PID controller and single neuron PID controller on the platform is designed and applied to the dual-tank level control system.The results show that the validity of the experimental platform.
