Two new complexes 1 and 2 were synthesized and characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, IR spectra and elemental analysis, and the crystal structure of cis（I） configuration 2 has been also determined by X-ray crystal diffraction. Complexes 1 and 2 have been found to catalyze the Suzuki coupling reaction of aryl halides and phenylboronic acid with high catalytic activity under the mild reaction conditions.
