目的 探讨肾癌患者17种氨基酸的血清含量及其与肿瘤体积的相关性. 方法 应用高效液相色谱代谢组学法检测140例肾癌患者(肾癌组) 及140例健康人(对照组)的17种氨基酸血清含量,并测量肾癌组肿瘤标本的体积,分析肾癌组血清氨基酸代谢含量与肿瘤体积的相关性. 结果 肾癌组血清中谷氨酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸、脯氨酸、胱氨酸、酪氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸及赖氨酸含量均比对照组低(P〈0.05);肾癌患者血清氨基酸中谷氨酸、脯氨酸、酪氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸及苯丙氨酸与肿瘤体积呈负相关( P〈0.05). 结论 肾癌在其生长过程中与某些特定氨基酸关系密切,这为肾癌的氨基酸失衡处理提供实验和理论依据。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of 17 amino acids in patients with renal carcinoma and the correlation between serum levels of amino acids and tumor volumes.Methods The serum levels of 17 amino acids were detected in 140 patients with renal carcinoma( renal carcinoma group) and 140 healthy volunteers( control group) by high performance liquid chromatography of metabonomics. The measurement of tumor volumes was performed in the renal carcinoma group,and the correlation analysis was conducted between serum levels of amino acids and tumor volumes.Results The serum levels of glutamate, serine, glycine, arginine, threonine, alanine,proline, tyrosine,cystine, valine, methionine, lysine, isoleucine, leucine and phenylalanine significantly decreased in the renal carcinoma group compared to those in the control group(P〈0.05).Serum glutamate,proline,tyrosine,valine,methionine,isoleucine,leucine and phenylalanine negatively correlated with tumor volume(P〈0.05).Conclus ion Some specific amino acids have close relation with the growth of renal carcinoma, which will provide the experimental and theoretic basis for the management of amino acid imbalance in patients with renal carcinoma.
