With the long--term running--in and change of the patent system after its establishing 100 years ago, the system of intellectual property integrated with other legal systems and effectively facilitated Japan＇s technical innovation and economic development. China should learn from Japanese experiences and practices on establishment and improvement of the intellectual property system to enhance the capability of creation, protection and application of the intellectual property, which will enforce china＇s international competitiveness and anti--risk ability and promote the good and quick development of economic society.
