实验通过静态接触角(CA)检测兰考泡桐叶片的疏水和亲油性能,验证其作为吸油材料的可行性;通过扫描电镜(SEM)和热重分析(TGA)对其叶片的形貌和组成进行表征,探讨吸附机理.结果表明,泡桐叶片反面疏水性能较好,其静态水接触角为131°.同时,叶片正反两面均具有超亲油性能,静态油接触角为0°,可以作为除油吸附材料;叶片的表面具有粗糙结构,呈树枝状毛刺.结果显示,经简单干燥处理的兰考泡桐叶的饱和吸油量最高可达10.7 g/g.
Nowadays, oil pollution is one of the most serious environmental pollution, since it brings harmful effects for human survival. It is worldwild problem to be solved urgently. How to remove oil pollution and environmental purification becomes a important problem, and becomes a research hotspot. Application of adsorption materials possesses broad prospects, due to energy saving, environmental protection, efficiency and other advantages. In this paper Lankao Paulownia which is widely distributed and rapid growth is considered as the research object. The hydrophobicity and oleophilic of Lankao paulownia leaves are characterized by static contact water angle ( CA). Morphology and composition are charaeterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The reverse side of Lankao Paulownia leaves possesses the better hydrophobic performance, and static its contact water angle can reach 131 °. Surface of leaves has roughness dendritic structure. Both sides of Lankao Paulownia leaves have super-oleophilic. The highest saturated oil absorption of Lankao Paulownia leaf can reach 10.7 g/g.
