This paper is a study of the issue concerning spatial-temporal separate navigation management of theme park visitors. It proposes a state-of-art minimum cost strategy identical to real time situation by equalizing the burden of each ride to set up a scenic-spot-orientated type of separate navigation visitors management model, and simulates its dynamic performance with an experiment. The results show that the patrons can be effectively dispatched to the next unvisited ride with the least wait time recommended by the proposed model, thus compromising the overload of each ride. It concludes that through a rational spatial-temporal separation, such a model not only can greatly satisfy the visitors by enhancing their experience, but also help the owners or managers of theme parks to monitor availability of the resources, so to guarantee better routine management for speeding up the sustained growth of tourism, economy, and eco-environment.
