对罂粟科紫堇属植物苦地丁(Corydalis bungeanaTurcz.)进行化学成分研究,从其95%乙醇提取物中共分离得到10个化合物。经理化和波谱分析分别鉴定为紫堇灵(1),乙酰紫堇灵(2),原阿片碱(3),8-oxocory-noline(4),neoechinulinA(5),7'-(3’,4'-dihydroxyphenyl).N.[(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]propenamide(t1),山柰酚(7),氮.反式.对.香豆酰基酪胺(8),槲皮素(9),天师酸(10)。其中化合物5,6,8,10为首次从紫堇属植物中分离得到,化合物4,7和9是首次从该植物中分离得到。
Ten compounds were isolated from the 95 % EtOH extracts of Corydalis bungeana Turcz. (Papaveraceae). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral characteristics and identified as corynoline ( 1 ), acetylcorynoline ( 2 ), protopine ( 3 ), 8 -oxocorynoline ( 4 ), neoechinulin A ( 5 ), 7 '- ( 3', 4'-dihydroxyph-enyl ) -N- [ ( 4-methoxyphenyl ) ethyl] propenamide (6), kaempferol (7), n-trans-p-coumaroyl-tyramine ( 8 ), quereetin (9), tianshie acid ( 10 ), were obtained from Corydalis bungeana Turez. Compounds 5,6,8,10 were obtained from the genus for the first time, while compounds 4,7 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
