目的:通过研究虚寒证、虚热证人群在不同环境温度状态下线粒体呼吸链复合体I(COI)活性的变化,探讨COI活性在虚寒证、虚热证人群中的变化规律。方法:通过量表和专家诊断筛选出虚寒证组、虚热证组及正常对照组各20名,采集两种温度下血液,分光光度法测定COI活性值。结果:两种环境温度下,与正常对照组相比,虚寒证组COI活性值均显著降低(P〈0.05);虚寒证组与虚热证组COI活性值差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与室温相比,低温下3组COI活性值均增大,且正常对照组两种温度下COI活性值差别有统计学意义(P〈0,05),COI活性调节速率的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:不同证型组COI活性不同,表现为虚寒证组〈正常对照组〈虚热证组,虚寒证组、虚热证组COI活性随环境温度变化且其调节能力均低于正常对照组。
Objective: To study the change of respiratory chain complex I activity of mitochondrion in crowd with deficiency-cold syndrome and deficiency-heat syndrome under various ambient temperatures, and to investigate the change rule of complex I activity. Methods: The subjects were selected by questionnaire and expert diagnosis, and were divided into normal control group, deficiency-cold syndrome group and deficiency-heat syndrome group, 20 people in each group. Their blood samples were collected at two different temperature conditions. The complex I activity was detected by using spectrophotometry. Results: ①Compared with the normal control group at the two different temperatures, the value of complex I activity reduced in deficiency-cold syndrome group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), the value of complex I activity was significantly different between deficiency-cold syndrome group and deficiency-heat syndrome group (P〈0.05); ②Compared with room temperature, the value of complex I activity in three groups all raised at cold temperature, and the value and the regulation speed of complex I all had significant difference (P〈0.05) in normal control group under two different temperature. Conclusion: The complex I activity is different in various syndrome group, which all showed that deficiency-cold syndrome group〈normal control group 〈 deficiency-heat syndrome group. For the deficiency-cold syndrome group and deficiency-heat syndrome group, the ability of regulation with environment temperature change is lower than the normal control group.
