以非灭菌土为生长基质,采用盆栽试验和室内分析相结合的方法,研究了不同施氮水平下接种AM真菌摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)对白术叶片保护酶的影响。结果表明,接种AM真菌提高了白术根系菌根侵染率.植株SOD、CAT和POD保护酶系统的活性随AM真菌的接种效应和施肥量不同而变化.适氮量和AM真菌结合对白术有交互正效应。
The effects of AM fungi on protective enzymes in the leaf of Atractylodes macrocephala were investigated by Glomus mosseae under different nitrogen levels in unsterilized soil. Pot experiment and analyses were carried out. The results showed that mycorrhizal infection rate could be promoted by inoculation. The activity of protective enzymes was closly related to the inoculation effect of AM fungi and applied nitrogen levels. There was a posityve relation between AM fungi and amount of nitrogen application ,and the growth of host plant would be promoted with the positive relation positive.
