土壤耕作部件工作性能的好坏主要取决于耕作部件触土曲面的设计水平。为此,介绍了触土曲面的成形原理及其主要成形方法。同时,详细阐述了借助于三维制图和有限元分析等计算机软件,迅速形成的设计周期短、设计水平高的现代设计方法;指出了目前研究所存在的问题并对今后触土曲面设计方法的发展方向做出了展望。
The work performance of soil cultivating components depends on the design level of soil-engaging surface. This paper introduces the forming principle of the contact surface of soil and the main forming method. At the same time, this paper expounds with the aid of three-dimensional drawing software, finite element analysis and computer technology, it rapidly forming design cycle is short, the advanced modem design method. Some problems existing in current research work is pointed out and future research direction of the soil-engaging surface design method is also given.
