避免陷入“中等收入陷阱”，促使我国经济发展水平进入一个更高阶段是当前需要面对的重要问题。笔者认为，调整产业结构，实现高质量增长仍是第一要义；增长的同时，要注意财富的均等分配，避免步入高增长和高贫困并发状态；要通过公共服务均等化，让全体人民共享改革成果。

Avoiding falling into middle income trap and keep a high-speed growth rate is a critical Chinese government. We maintain that technology is an important factor in boosting Chinese economy. issue facing The govern- ment should place enough emphasis on equity and narrowing income gap. Fruits of reform should be equally distrib- uted by providing basic public services among people.
