目的确定北京市成人雌马酚等大豆异黄酮代谢水平,分析雌马酚表型与血脂、尿酸等健康指标的关系。方法应用现况调查方法 ,调查北京市区180名20~72岁健康志愿者生活方式及膳食营养素摄入量;采用高压液相色谱(HPLC)法分析负荷大豆异黄酮前后尿中雌马酚等代谢物24h排泄量,分析雌马酚表型与血脂、血尿酸等健康指标的关系。结果基线调查中,产雌马酚者48人,占26.7%,其中男女性各24人,分别占男女性总数的26.7%,经χ2检验,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05):产雌马酚者的体质指数(BMI)为(23.33±3.21)kg/m2,与非产雌马酚者为(23.59±3.04)kg/m22者比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);产雌马酚者膳食大豆蛋白和大豆异黄酮摄入量与雌马酚排泄量呈正相关(r=0.47,0.46,P〈0.01),而非产雌马酚者无相关性(P〉0.05);大豆异黄酮负荷试验中,产雌马酚者104人,占57.8%;其中男性50人,占男性总数的55.6%,女性54人,占女性总数的60.0%,经χ2检验,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 180名健康志愿者有较高的潜在产生雌马酚能力;雌马酚代谢表型具有潜在的保护心血管疾病作用。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate levels and the physiological range of urinary excretion of equol and other metabolities of isoflavones,and to evaluate relations between equol phenotype and serum lipid and uric acid among adults in Beijing.Methods One hundred male and 100 female adults participated in a cross-sectional study and provided twice 24-hr urine samples on regular diet and after a 3 days soy isoflavone challenge,respectively.A health and demographics questionnaire,and 2 days food record were completed before the urine collection.Isoflavones and their metabolites in urine were measured to determine equol phenotype with HPLC.Results The percentage of the equol producer phenotype was 26.8% on regular diet and 60.4% after soy-isofavone challenge,respectively.The level of 24 hr urinary equol excretion was 5.75±11.02 μmol/24 hr on regular diet,and the level of equol excretion increased to 35.78±22.16 μmol/24 hr after soy-isofavone challenge among equol producers.There were positive correlations between soy protein intake,isoflavone intake and urinary equol levels(r=0.47,r=0.46,P0.01).In those subjects who were identified as equol-producer phenotype,there were significant improvements in serum triglyceride and uric acid.Conclusion The equol-producing potential is high among healthy adults in Beijing.The result suggests that equol producer phenotype plays a potential protective cardiovascular role among the subjects.
