光热敏微胶囊材料可作为新型的高分辨率光信息记录媒质;本文在利用界面聚合法制备平均粒径为0.4μm的光热敏微胶囊基础上,获得了囊芯的凝胶率及影像密度随曝光时间的变化。结果表明囊芯光敏功能物质的凝胶率随曝光时间增长逐渐增大,显影密度随曝光时间增加而降低;不同曝光时间下微胶囊囊芯光固化程度不同是导致影像密度出现反差的直接原因。
The photo-heat sensitive microcapsule is a novel optical information recording material with high-resolution. The photo-heat sensitive microcapsule with an average size of around 0.4μm was synthesized through interracial polymerization method. After detecting the gel rate of pre-polymer system and image density characteristic of the photo-heat sensitive microcapsule materials, results show that the gel rate increases gradually as UV irradiation time rise, while the image density contrast shows that longer exposing time leads to lower image density. The different solidification extent of the microcapsule core at different UV irradiation time attributes to the image density variance of the photo-heat sensitive microcapsule material.
