采用界面聚合技术制备了以囊芯质量为变量的光热敏微胶囊,利用红外光谱及热显影技术对其光聚合及热显影特性进行了检测.红外光谱检测结果表明,光热敏微胶囊中预聚单体三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)随囊芯包覆质量的增加聚合速度逐渐加快,聚合程度逐渐增大;从热显影结果可以看出随囊芯质量增加显影密度逐渐增大,且曝光前后的密度反差也同时逐渐增大,热显影检测结果与红外检测具有一致性,根据实验结果得到了囊壁与囊芯最佳质量比为1/2.17.
The photo-heat sensitive microcapsule is made by interface polymerization method, and the capsule core mass is variable. Photo curing and development properties of microcapsules are studied by infrared spectroscopy technology and thermal imaging technology. The results of infrared spectroscopy show that the photo curing rate and curing degree of prepolymer trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) are gradually improved with the increase of capsule core mass in microcapsule. The results of thermal imaging show that the development density of photo-heat microcapsule is gradually increased and the density contrast is also increased gradually at the same time, and the results are consistent with that of infrared spectroscopy. According to experimental results, the optimal ratio of cyst wall and capsule-core is 1/2.17.
