为了缓解水危机和水资源供需矛盾、解决水资源分布不均,调水工程是必不可少的有效措施。但同时,调水工程改变了地区水情,在运用和管理过程中会打破原有的生态平衡,对社会、生态及经济方面产生了负面影响,因此需要对供水区进行可持续性分析和评价。将能值理论与传统的生态足迹方法相结合,构建供水区的能值生态足迹分析模型,通过计算我国西北地区某调水工程供水区的人均能值生态承载力、人均能值生态足迹和可持续性指数等分析指标,衡量供水区的生态环境可持续发展状况,从而为该区域制定以可持续发展为目标的水资源合理配置提供参考。
In order to alleviate water crisis and the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources,water transfer project is one of the indispensable and effective measures.In application and management,however,the project changes the water regime.The original ecological balance will be broken and the project also has negative effects on society,ecology and economy.Therefore,it is necessary for us to analyze and assess the sustainability of water supply areas.This paper combines the emergy theory with the traditional method of ecological footprint,to construct emergy-ecological footprint analysis model.By calculating the per capita emergy ecological carrying capacity,per capita emerge ecological footprint and sustainability index,it measures the environmental sustainable development status of water supply areas of one water diversion projects in northwest China,to provide references for the rational allocation of water resources,with the goal of sustainable development.
