笔者利用链式指数法，对中国工业行业全要素生产率进行测算，并分解为纯技术进步和成本全要素增长率，实证测算结果表明，1984～2010年TFP平均增长率为3．96％；平均纯技术进步为3．83％，是全要素生产率增长的主要动力；平均成本全要素增长率为0．12％。从宏观整体上看，我国工业企业属于全要素成长型。大多数国有垄断型行业属于全要素效率型行业，而大多数竞争性行业、新兴行业属于成长型行业。

英文摘要：

By applying the link index method, this paper measures the TFP of industry in China, and decomposes it into pure technology progress and cost TFP growth. The empirical study shows that TFP grows 3.96% on average per year; average pure technology growth is 3.83% and it is the major factor of TFP; average cost TFP growth is 0.12%. From the macro aspects, the industry in China belongs to TFP growth type. Most state-owned monopoly industries belong to TFP efficient type, while most competitive industries belong to TFP growth type.
