Sense of belonging to the city of migrant workers is an important symbol and psychological elements of the new farmers＇ urbanization process. The empirical research of constructing system model of rural migrate workers＇ sense of belonging to the cities, shows that the age is obviously negatively correlated with the sense of belonging of farmer＇s working in the city. But education levels, stabilities of jobs, overall satisfaction on work have significant positive impact on rural migrate workers＇ sense of belonging to the cities. Strengthening migrate workers＇ sense of belonging, needs to embark on enhancing the quality, level and stability of urbanization, braking the dual labor market of urban and rural, enhancing migrate workers＇ ability of receiving and handling information, and improving the living conditions of the rural migrate workers.
