通过遥感获得渤海中部2003-2009年叶绿素a的浓度数据以及温度、光照和风速的月平均数据,采用GAM(Generalized additive models,广义加性模型)模型分析了环境因子对叶绿素a的影响。研究结果表明,渤海中部叶绿素a呈现季节性的波动,叶绿素a浓度范围在(0.21-11.54)mg/m3。夏季(6月-8月)叶绿素a整体较高。春季和秋季叶绿素a的浓度波动较大,整体偏低。GAM模型的环境因子影响分析表明,光照对渤海中部叶绿素a具有显著的非线性影响(p〈0.001),5、6月份渤海中部光照强度的升高(大于250 W/m2)可能是引起同期叶绿素a浓度升高的主要原因,而其它环境因子(温度和风速)的影响则不明显。
The 7-year monthly data (2003 N 2009) of satellite-derived chlorophyll a, sea surface temperature (SST), solar irradiation (SOL) and wind speed (WSPD) were analyzed to understand the effects of environmental factors on the chlorophyll a in central Bohai Sea with GAM (Generalized additive models). The results showed a seasonal pattern of chlorophyll a variation which ranged from 0.21 mg/m3 to 11.54 mg/m3. The chlorophyll a concentration gen- erally peaked in summer (from June to August) and got the lowest value in spring and autumn. Specifically, a signifi cant nonlinear effect of light on chlorophyll a concentration (p 〈0.001 ) was found. It seemed that SOL( 〉 250 W1m2 ) was the trigger factor on the increase of chlorophyll a concentration in central Bohai Sea. In contrast, no relations were found between the temperature or wind speed with chlorophyll a concentration.
