游憩用地是现代城市用地的重要类型，不仅承担城市户外游憩功能，而且赋予城市发展品质内涵。受制于管理体制与规划实践的问题，我国城市游憩用地的建设管理和理论研究都急待推进，从需求侧研究游憩用地满意度问题，是科学规划和有效管理城市游憩用地的必要保障。在文献梳理基础上，构建了城市游憩用地满意度评价指标体系，以308份有效问卷为数据来源，应用因子分析模型对长沙城市游憩用地满意度水平及影响因素进行研究。研究结果表明：游憩者对长沙城市游憩用地总体满意度得分64．8，满意度水平一般，存在较大改进空间；城市游憩用地的规划设计、整体认知、公共管理和质量水平是城市游憩用地满意度的四大主要影响因素。其中规划设计因素得分最高，分值为71．7，质量水平因素得分最低，分值为43．2；影响指标分析显示，游憩用地的交通便利程度、景观小品特色、卫生状况、安全状况、场所大小特征、使用品质特征、必要生活空间认知和提升城市品质认知等8个指标对城市游憩用地满意度影响较为显著。研究结论为城市游憩用地规划管理提供了较有建设性的启示。

英文摘要：

Recreational land is an important space in modem urban land, and it is necessary for urban residents and tourist outdoor recreation. Urban recreational land is of great significance to human care, urban land efficiency, and urban land planning and development quality. After analyzing the shortcomings of existing researches at home and abroad, based on social statistical method and factor analysis model, this paper makes an empirical research on satisfaction and factors of urban recreational land taking 308 valid survey questionnaires of Changsha city as the study sample. In the recreational land satisfaction system, there are 6 aspects and 14 indexes. The results show that： Recreational people are satisfied with the Changsha city＇ s recreational land overall, satisfaction numeric is 64.8; The factors of urban recreational land can be summarized as： the importance of perception, design, management and quality, these factors are different in the affecting degree; It is found that the traffic, the sanitary condition and the quality are the most prominent indexes. On this basis, policy suggestions are discussed to improve the recreation satisfaction and promote the quality management.
