以5-(4-氨基苯基/苄基)-2,4-味唑啉二酮为原料,三乙胺为缚酸剂,与取代苯磺酰氯反应,合成了10个新的5-(4-氨基苯基/苄基)-2,4-咪唑啉二酮苯磺酰胺类化合物,其化学结构经^1H—NMR、HR—ESI—MS确证。初步生测结果表明,50μg/mL浓度的部分目标化合物对供试植物病原菌和稗草显现出一定的抑制活性。其中2种化合物对油菜菌核病菌抑制率达到76.1%。
The 10 novel 5-(4-aminophenyL/benzyl)-hydantoin phenylsulfonamides were prepared using 5-(4- aminophenyl/ benzyl)-hydantoin and substituted phenylsulfonyl chlorides as raw materials. Their structures confirmed by ^1H-NMR, HR- ESI-MS. The preliminary bioassay results showed that the compound at the concentration of 50 μg/mL had certain fungicidal and herbicidal activities. Among them, two compounds had 76.1% inhibition rate against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
