从污水中通过选择性富集和驯化培养,分离得到两株分别以苯酚、苯胺为惟一碳源的菌株.经初步鉴定这两种菌株均为假单胞杆菌属(Pseudomonas sp.).通过对两菌株在不同温度、pH值以及相应苯酚、苯胺底物浓度下的生长和降解情况的研究,确定了最佳降解苯酚、苯胺的工艺条件为pH7.0,温度30℃,好氧.当苯酚、苯胺底物浓度不超过1000mg/L时,两菌株对其去除率可达到95%以上.
