针对双膜平动式土压力传感器的结构特点,建立了简化分析模型,基于正交设计对传感器与土介质的相互作用特性进行了有限元计算,并通过标定试验验证了计算结果的合理性。研究表明:1)传感器与土介质的模量比Eg/Es、传感器厚度H、直径D的交互作用只在Eg/Es〉1后对匹配误差β有显著影响,但均小于各因素自身对β的影响程度;2)Eg/Es〈1时,影响β的因素主次顺序为Eg/Es〉H〉D;1〈Eg/Es〈5时,主次顺序为Eg/Es〉D〉H;Eg/Es〉5后,主次顺序为D〉H〉Eg/Es;3)β具有随H基本呈线性增加,随D非线性减小的特性;4)Eg/Es是控制β的关键因素;Eg/Es〈1时,β变化剧烈;Eg/Es〉1后,β随Eg/Es增加而逐渐趋于稳定;Eg/Es≥6.45,8.17,12.18后,对应的β分别约为稳定值的90%,9 5%,99%以上。
Aimed at the structural characteristics of the double-membrane soil translational pressure transducer,a simplified analysis model is set up to calculate interaction properties of transducer and soil based on orthogonal design by FEM.The calculation results are proved to be reasonable through the calibration test.The study shows that:1)The interactions of the modulus ratio Eg/Es,thickness H,diameter D have significant effect on the matching error only when Eg/Es1.And the interaction effect are less than the factors' effect all the time;2)When Eg/Es1,the order of the factors function is Eg/EsHD.When 1Eg/Es5,the order is Eg/EsDH.When Eg/Es5,the order is DHEg/Es;3)The matching error increases linearly with thickness and reduces nonlinearly with diameter;4)The modulus ratio is the key factor effecting the matching error.The matching error changes greatly when Eg/Es1.While Eg/Es1,the matching error increases with the Eg/Es and is tended to be stable.When Eg/Es≥6.45,8.17,12.18,the corresponding ratio of matching error with the stable matching error is 90 %,95 %,99 %.
