目的 探讨椎管内淋巴管瘤的影像特征.方法 报道3例椎管内淋管瘤并参考相关文献分析其影像特点.结果 2例病变位于骶管,1例位于腰段椎管.MR均表现为内有分隔的囊性病变.结论 椎管内硬膜外有分隔的囊性病变可以提示淋巴管瘤的诊断.CT对椎管内淋巴管瘤的诊断帮助不大,MR对椎管内淋巴管瘤的诊断价值较大.

英文摘要：

Objective To evaluate the imaging features of intraspinal lymphangioma. Methods The imaging features of intraspinal lymphangioma in 3 cases were analysed with review of literatures . Results 2 lesions located in sacral vertebral canal and 1 in lumbar vertebral canal . MR appearances of lesions were multi - septated cystic masses. Conclusion A multi - septated cystic mass in extradural intraspinal canal may prompt the diagnosis of lymphangioma. CT is limited ,but MR is of significant value in diagnosing the lesion.
