This paper introduces the general venture investment and its operation mechanism. And the quasipurchase system of research outcomes and the venture investment in the quasi-purchase system of research outcomes are also introduced. There is a comparison on investment object, management mode,mechanism of withdrawal, profit repayment mode, repayment time limit and investment risk between the two different kinds of venture investments,which will offer a referential basis in the venture investment field of science research funds.
