在虚拟单元制造生产方式下,对船舶制造企业的分段缓冲区的调度问题进行研究,提出了考虑缓冲区时空占用率和承载设备移动成本率的缓冲区资源优化函数调度模型,应用人工蜂群算法进行模型求解,实现了调度方案的全局优化。根据某船厂实际生产数据应用MATLAB软件进行仿真,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性。
This paper studies the problem of shipbuilding segment buffer scheduling in the virtual cellular manufacturing,puts forward the scheduling model optimization functions for the cost of moving the buffer resource and the occupancy rate of the buffer time and space and uses the artificial bee colony algorithm to solve the model and achieve the global scheduling optimization.According the actual shipyard production data,MATLAB software is used to simulate the results.The feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified.
