研究了测定黄芩苷稳定常数的新方法.提出了借助电位滴定法,以pH玻璃电极为指示电极,采用自动滴定装置,用氢氧化钾溶液作滴定剂进行直接滴定,通过绘制黄芩苷的滴定曲线,实现了用分段拟合生成函数法对测定数据进行统计处理,计算出了黄芩苷的两级稳定常数.结果表明,该测定方法与文献方法相比,精度更高,为黄酮类物质稳定常数的测定提供了一种新方法.
A novel method for the determination of the stability constant of baicalin was developed. In potentiometric titration,the pH glass electrode was used as the indicator electrode. The automatic titration device was used. Potassium hydroxide solution was used as titrant. The titration curve of baicalin was drawn out,and two stage conditional stability constants of baicalin were calculated by the piecewise fitting formation function method. Compared with the literature,there is higher accuracy in this method,and a new method is provided for the determination of the stability constant of flavonoids.
