基于XRD、SEM、激光粒度分析仪和成分分析等不同测试方法,比较了不同大小的粉煤灰颗粒的物化性质和微观形貌特征。以不同颗粒大小的粉煤灰为载体,制备了一系列铁铈氧化物高温煤气脱硫剂,以此研究粉煤灰作为高温煤气脱硫剂载体的可行性。在600℃的硫化实验表明,粉煤灰作为铁基高温煤气脱硫剂的载体,不仅能有效提高脱硫剂的脱硫精度和其硫化再生后的机械强度,且粉煤灰自身也有一定的脱硫作用。
The physical, chenaical and microscopic properties of different fly ash particles of the coal were compared via XRD, SEM, laser particle size analyzer and component analyzer. A suite of iron-based oxides supported on different particle size coal ash were prepared under laboratory scale. The sulfidation results of different sorbents at 600 ℃ clearly showed that the ash-supported sorbents had better sulfidation property than that of the unsupported sorbents under the same sulfidation conditions. In addition, the coal ash itself also showed its ability to remove sulfur species from hot coal gas, although at relatively low efficJiency. This finding indicated that it is feasible to produce iron-based sorbents for high temperature desulphurization by using coal ash as the supporter.
