中国服务贸易总量规模的不断增长。掩盖不了逆差持续扩大和贸易结构偏低的事实,地区结构仍不合理是重要成因。聚焦于中国对关、日、德市场细分服务行业贸易竞争力状况的考察发现。中国在德国市场竞争力表现较长期内呈显著倒“U”型结构,在日本市场虽呈微弱竞争优势却缓慢下降.在美国市场表现则在波动中缓慢上升。进一步细分行业分析发现,其他商业服务、邮电通讯和信息服务为代表的资本和技术密集型服务虽然在日本和德国市场初显竞争优势,却掩盖不了专利许可和金融服务在三大市场仍较突出的竞争劣势地位。综合分析认为,继续提高技术密集型服务行业比重是更高质量提升我国对发达国家市场服务贸易竞争力的根本。
The continuous growth of China's service trade can not cover its continuously expanding deficit and low trade structure, with its unreasonable regional structure still being an important reason. By focusing on competitiveness status in American, Japanese and German markets, the paper finds that compared with the long-term inverted "U" type of China's competitiveness in German market, the competitiveness in Japanese market is positive but with a slow decline, while the competitiveness in US market increases slowly with fluctuations. The further analysis finds that although capital and technology-intensive industries such as other business services, communication services, and computer and information services, all show China's more competitiveness in Japanese and Germany markets, they can not cover its disadvantage of competitiveness in patent licensing services and financial services in the above three markets. It finally points out that the continuous improvement of technology-intensive industry is fundamental for the high-quality upgrading of China's service trade competitiveness in developed nations' markets.
