在单齿圈破岩试验中,理想的岩样是与牙齿齿项线相贴合的锥面岩样。由于缺乏对锥面岩石破碎坑的有效的、高精度的测量手段,所以传统的单齿圈试验都是针对平面岩样进行的。通过研究锥面井底的几何特征,介绍了一种测量锥面岩石破碎坑的数字化方法,阐述了井底数字化、基准面拟合、破碎坑识别和几何量计算的基本原理。实际应用表明,利用该技术能够对任意角度的内锥面、外锥面岩石破碎坑和井底进行高效率、高精度的数字化测量和分析。
The ideal rock sample is the conical surface rock sample that can joint crest of teeth in single row drilling experiment. However, because of lacking high efficiency and high precision for the measurement of craters on the conical surface rock, the traditional single row drilling experiment is carried out on planar rock. By studying the geometric features of conical bottom-hole pattern, a digital way to measure the crater of the conical surface rock was introduced, which describes the basic principles of digital bottom-hole pattern, datum fitting, crater identification, and geometric calculation. From the real practice environment, it indicates that, by using this technology, we can measure and analyze the craters and bottom-hole pattern when the conical surface of the rock is the inner or outer cone with random angle in high efficient and high precision.
