提出基于性能的SFRC设计方法,即基于材料应力-裂纹宽度(σ-w)关系进行钢纤维混凝土配合比设计的方法.同时由三点弯曲实验,建立了端部带弯钩与直钢纤维混凝土的应力-裂纹宽度模型,研究了主要材料参数,即基材强度、纤维掺量、纤维长度、纤维直径和纤维与基材的界面性质对SFRC混凝土性能的影响,展示了通过设计材料参数来满足结构性能设计过程,从而实现基于应力-裂纹宽度关系进行钢纤维混凝土的设计.
The performance based design method,i.e.the σ-w relationship based method of steel fiber concrete is presented.The stress-crack opening relationship(σ-w) of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC) is first determined from three point bending test by an inverse approach.Then a theoretical model for σ-w relationship is developed.The model can well reflect the influences of fiber,matrix and fiber/matrix interface parameters on the σ-w relationships.Finally,an example displaying how the σ-w relationship influences the mechanical performance of SFRC structure is provided and the process of SFRC design based on σ-w relationship is discussed.
