以胶粉聚苯颗粒贴砌聚苯板外保温墙体为参考分析对象,研究了加气混凝土自保温墙体的热工性能。计算结果表明,采用普通加气混凝土砌块并辅之以较薄保温砂浆的自保温墙体,能够达到以聚苯板为主要保温材料的外保温墙体的保温隔热效果,且不会增加墙体厚度。在工程费用方面,在相同保温隔热性能前提下,加气混凝土自保温墙体造价明显较低。使用加气混凝土砌块为基体的自保温墙体防火性能好,消除采用聚苯板保温墙体带来的防火安全隐患,同时加气混凝土保温墙体做法简单、施工简便。
Taking the external heat-insulation wall of polystyrene panel as the reference analysis object, the thermal properties of the self heat-insulation wall of aerated concrete blocks are studies. The results show that the same heat insulation results can be obtained by using aerated concrete blocks and complementary with heat insulation mortar under the condition that the same wall thickness has, With the same thermal insulation property, the cost of the self heat-insulation wall based on aerated concrete block is obviously lower than the other one. Meanwhile, the aerated concrete blocks based self-insulation wall has a significant improvement on the anti-fire properties, which can eliminate the potential fire risk which may be caused by the external wall of polystyrene panels. In addition,the self heat- insulation wall based on aerated concrete blocks is more simple to construction.
