随着经济全球化的深入和科技的迅速发展,海洋经济的地位日益突出,而管好用好海洋的关键在人才。海洋渔业科学与技术专业在人才培养方面亟需适时进行改革,培养目标应从传统的注重资源开发转向注重资源养护与管理为重点。通过对国内外相关高校海洋渔业专业的课程设置、人才培养目标等内容的分析,针对我国海洋渔业专业面临的共同问题,提出了改革专业教学机构设置体制,促进教师专业发展、促进跨学科协同教学工作的进展、产学研结合培养海洋渔业创新型人才三条改革思路,以期海洋渔业专业在新形势下能培养出合乎时代要求的专业人才。

英文摘要：

With the development of global economy and science and technology, the marine economy has been playing the ever important role, in which the special personnel are crucial. As marine fisheries are indispensable parts of marine economy, it is pressing to reform the teaching method and the cultivating mode to cultivate qualified personnel while the keystone is changing from fisheries exploration to manage- ment and restoration. Aiming at resolving the common problems and educating new qualified graduates, this paper puts forward some advice on the reform of teaching methods and cultivating mode： one is to reform the teaching framework setup ; and the second is to incorporate related sciences and to promote the integration of production, education and research.
