Toxoplasrna gondii is an important opportunistic parasite, can infect humans, mammals and birds, causing zoonotic toxoplasmosis.T.gondii infection became a global threat to public health seriously and aroused widespread concern in the medical field.During the treatment of tumor patients with radiotherapy or chemotherapy, the immune dysfunction will be further worse, the severe disease caused by T.gondii which is a typical representative of parasitic disease,it is difficult to treat. Some researchers focus on study the T.gondii infection in tumor patients. This paper elaborated effects on tumor patients infecting T.gon- dii from epidemiology, gene typing, transmission, prevention and control. It provided a reference for the prevention and treatment of toxoplasmosis in tumor patients.
