为分析和解释气流组织对净化站污染处理效果的影响,以常见的旁通式净化站为例,基于FLUENT软件建立包含主隧道和旁通净化风道的数值模型,分析不同来流压力下主隧道和旁通风道的流动规律以及净化效果。研究结果表明,旁通风道风量只取决于设备阻力以及风机性能,与主隧道环境无关;当来流风量小于净化风量时主隧道将发生净流量回流的现象,导致两旁净化风道的负荷不同;当净化风量比为100%时,净化站对污染物的处理效果最佳。
A numerical model based on computational fluid dynamic software FLUENT is established to simulate the air distribution and purifying effect under different air pressures in both the tunnel and the bypass-type purification station.It is shown that:1) The air flow rate of bypass tunnel only depends on the resistance of equipments and fan performance rather than the condition of main tunnel.2) When the upstream air flow rate is less than that of the station,"backflow"phenomenon occurs and results in unbalanced purifying load of the two bypass tunnels.3) When the air flow rate of the station to the main tunnel is 100%,the purifying effect is the best.The study results can provide reference for design and operation of ventilation and purification system of underground works in the future.
