大型城市电力负荷一天内的峰谷差超过峰值负荷的50%,从而导致电源和电网的效率下降和电源与电网的有效利用率的下降、电网损失超过5%,并造成弃风、弃光等结果。电力负荷巨大的峰谷差的根源产生于民用建筑,因此本文提出建筑全直流供电与分布式蓄电的解决思路,以期能够实现电网输入民用建筑的电力在一天内保持稳定,从而消减电力负荷峰谷差,提高风电、光电入网率。为了实现这一目的,本文分析了建筑全直流供电与分布式蓄电的可行性、关键技术、发展需求以及可能带来的经济社会效益。
The difference between daily peak and valley load of electric power in big cities exceeds50 % of peak load,which results in inefficiency of power supply and power grid,decline of their effciency,and over 5 % power grid loss,and causes wind and solar curtailment. The huge difference between peak and valley load of electric power roots in civil buildings. This article proposes a solution of all DC power supply and distributed power storage in buildings,so as to maintain the stability of the power supplied from power grid to civil buildings in one day to reduce difference between peak and valley load of electric power and improve the availability of wind power and photovoltaic power. In order to achieve this goal,the article analyzes the feasibility,key technology,development demand and possible economic and social benefits of all DC power supply and distributed power storage in buildings.
