本文用水热法成功制备了微米级铁酸铋晶粒。在前驱体浓度大于2.5 mmol/L,矿化剂浓度大于10 mmol/L的条件下,可以得到纯相铁酸铋Bi Fe O3。研究了晶粒尺寸对铁酸铋光催化性能的影响。结果表明:时间及温度对Bi Fe O3相结构没有影响,但在一定程度上会影响产品的粒径,保温时间越短,铁酸铋晶粒尺寸越小,其光催化性能就越好。
Bismuth ferrite BiFeO3 photocatalysts are successfully prepared by a facile and effective hydrotherrnal method. The pure BiFeO3 could be prepared under the condition that precursor concentration is larger than 2.5 mmol and mineralization concentration is greater than 10 mol/L, when the soaking time is shorter, the crystal size of BiFeO3 is smaller. Bismuth ferrite of smaller, crystal size shows superior photocatalytic activity compared with bismuth ferrite of larger size.
