文章报道了3d金属离子X(X=Fe3+,Co3+,Mn4+)少量掺杂对新近发现的超导体Bi4O4S3结构及超导电性的影响.粉末X射线衍射数据表明,少量3d金属离子X的掺杂对晶格结构几乎没有影响.观察发现随着掺杂离子X半径的减少,超导转变宽度△Tc变窄,也就是少量3d金属离子X的掺入提高了Bi4O4S3的超导电性.3d金属离子X的部分掺入提高了Bi4O4S3超导转变温度是一个非常值得关注的现象.
The effects of the 3d magneticions X(X= Fe3+,Co3+,Mn4+)doping on the physical properties of the newly discovered layered superconductor Bi4O4S3 were reported.Powder X-ray diffraction data indicate that the crystal structures of the 3dmetai ions X(X= Fe3+,Co3+,Mn4+)doping samples,Bi3.975X0.025O4S3,do not change obviously.The superconducting transition temperature slightly increases with decreasing of the doping ionic radius,but the superconducting transition width(△Tc)decreases with decreasing of the dopant ionic radius.It is worth attention that the superconducting transition temperature was improved by doping the 3d metal ions X.
