通过对阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer＇s Disease）近十年来文献资料系统查阅,总结目前国内外现有的AD流行病学研究概况,得出结论AD患病率在5%左右;发病率因文献报道较少,目前无完全定论,只有个别地区仅作参考;以及总结出较为完整的有关AD发病相关危险因素,通过以上文献查阅,对研究此项工作即对二级城市的AD流行病学调查研究尤其是样本估计及后续工作给予参考与指导作用。
英文摘要：
On Alzheimer＇s disease of the last ten years for the summary records information system,the existing AD and epidemiological research and survey concluded at 5% incidence of ad about the incidence of reports;fewer documents in all certainty,only individual region as a reference;and more complete summary of the relevant ad relevant risk factors.By the above documents for us to study this work is to light the city＇s AD epidemiological investigations and research in particular,the estimates and follow-up for reference and guidance.
