首先提出了高技术企业模块化研发网络的定义,在分析其特点与运作模式的基础上,将模块化研发网络分为核心研发模块层和非核心研发模块层,分别构建了核心研发模块层和非核心研发模块层利益分配模型,并以新能源汽车产业为例,计算了网络成员企业的利益分配。结果表明,该模型更能避免平均分配和"搭便车"行为,从而为促进模块化研发网络构建和有效运转提供了理论支撑和实践参考。
Firstly, the paper comes up with the definition of Modular R&D network of high technology enterprises. Based on analyzing the characteristics and operation mode of modular R&D network, the modular R&D network is divided into core R&D module layer and non - core R&D module layer. Then both benefit distribution models of them are established, and the benefit distribution value of each network member calculated through an example of new energy vehicles industry. The obtained results indicate that this method can avoid equal distribution and free riders. Therefore, it provides theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the R&D network construction and efficient operation.
