随着工作和生活方式日趋现代化,组织内员工的触觉体验日趋减少,触碰行为甚至成为一些组织的"禁忌"。本文对相关文献进行回顾,界定了组织情境中的触碰行为,按动机区分出不同种类的组织触碰行为,并探讨了组织触碰行为的前因与结果变量。本文认为,组织触碰行为能为组织管理带来积极的影响结果,包括个体情绪、组织人际关系及氛围等。企业人力资源管理者可以借鉴触碰行为的前沿研究,制定合适的准则、程序及制度来指导组织触碰行为。
On the context of modern working and life, the employees' tactile experience has gradually reduced and touch behavior has even become a "taboo" for some organizations. This paper reviewed some related literature and classified several types of organizational touch behavior based on the motivation. Antecedents and outcomes are also discussed in the paper. Organizational touch behavior could bring positive outcomes for the workplace, like individual emotion, interpersonal relationship and organizational climate. Referring to the frontier research, Human resource managers can set up appropriate guidelines, procedures and regulations to guide employees' organizational touch behavior.
