长期施肥对棕壤微生物量碳和水溶性有机碳的影响

通过棕壤长期定位施肥试验,研究不同施肥处理对土壤水溶性有机碳和微生物量碳的影响。结果表明:长期不同施肥对土壤水溶性有机碳和微生物量碳的影响差异显著,单施化肥处理水溶性有机碳含量明显低于无肥处理,但微生物量碳含量高于无肥处理;高量有机肥与化肥配合施用处理WSOC和SMBC含量最高,M1N1PK和M2N1PK处理WSOC含量比无肥处理N1PK分别增加了80.3%和148.6%;单施有机肥处理与有机无机肥配合施用处理的SMBC/TOC比值和WSOC/TOC比值均明显高于单施化肥及无肥处理,差异显著;单施化肥处理SMBC/TOC比值高于无肥处理,但WSOC/TOC比值低于无肥处理,这与SMBC与WSOC含量的变化趋势一致。

英文摘要:

This paper studied the effect on the contents of soil microbial biomass carbon (SMBC) and water-soluble organic carbon (WSOC) with different fertilization treatments under long-term location test on brown soil. Results showed that: effect of different long-term fertilization on MBC and WSOC is significant, the WSOC content of applying single inorganic fertilizer is distinctly lower than CK, but that of SMBC is higher, the SMBC and WSOC content of applying higher level organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer are the highest. Compared to CK, M1N1PK and M2N1PK increased 80.3% and 148.6% respectively. SMBC/ TOC and WSOC/TOC under single organic fertilizer treatment and applying both organic and inorganic fertilizer are much higher than that of single inorganic fertilizer and CK, and the difference is significant. SMBC/FOC of single inorganic fertilizer treatment is higher than that of CK, but the WSOC/FOC is lower. The trend is identical to that of SMBC and WSOC.
