目的为制定中国中年男性血红蛋白正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国299个单位的35 815例中年男性血红蛋白正常参考值;再运用偏相关分析和主成分回归分析方法,研究了其与地理因素的关系。结果通过偏相关分析发现海拔高度是影响中年男性血红蛋白正常参考值的最主要因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增加,中年男性血红蛋白正常参考值也相应逐渐增大,偏相关系数ry1,2345=0.486 6,相关性很显著。用主成分回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程。结论实证分析说明,若已知一个区域的海拔高度、年日照时数、年平均相对湿度、年平均气温、年降水量等,用偏相关分析和主成分回归分析的方法可以估算一个区域的中年男性血红蛋白正常参考值。
Aim In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value standard of Chinese middleaged man men′s hemoglobin.Methods A research is made about relationship between the reference value of 35 815 examples of Chinese healthy middleaged man men′s hemoglobin and five geographical factors in 299 areas in China,the normal reference value is determined by the hemoglobincyanide method.Results It is found that altitude is the main factor affecting the normal reference value of Chinese middleaged man men′s hemoglobin by making using of partial component analysis.As the altitude increases gradually,the normal reference value of Chinese middlescent men′s hemoglobin also increases gradually,and the partial correlation ry1,2345=0.486 6 is quite significant.Applying the method of principal regression analysis,one regression equation is given out.Conclusion If geographical values are obtained in a area,the reference value of Chinese middleaged man men′s hemoglobin of this area can be reckoned using partial correlation analysis and pricipal component regression analysis.
