利用稻瘟病菌分泌途径相关的调控因子分泌复合物进行生物信息学分析及相关基因定位初探.经同源比对获得稻瘟病菌中分泌复合物8个亚基的同源蛋白,通过在线工具分析蛋白结构域、构建系统进化树、预测亚细胞定位;利用公共数据库获得其在稻瘟病菌不同组织和发育阶段的表达情况;此外,亚细胞定位分析表明,稻瘟病菌分泌复合物亚基MoSec15可能定位于菌丝体的内膜结构中.
Bioinformatics analysis and subceUular localization exploration of exocytosis associated factor exocyst complex in Magna- porthe oryzae were conducted. The homologs of eight subunits of exocyst complex in M. oryzae were identified through homologous comparison, and their functional domains, phylogenetic relationships and subcellular localization were analyzed by using on-line bioinformatic tools. Then, their gene expression profdes at different tissues and during different developmental phase were investigated by using on-line public databases. Furthermore, subcelkdar looalization analysis showed that MoSec15 was localized in the inter- hal membrane structures of the mycelia in M. oryzae.
