利用酵母双杂交系统,以稻瘟病菌MoYpt7激活型为诱饵蛋白,从稻瘟病菌不同生长发育阶段的cDNA文库中筛选互作蛋白,经复筛得到10个候选互作蛋白基因,利用Bi FC或pull-down assay验证蛋白间的互作,为寻找MoYpt7下游调控侵染致病过程的效应因子提供依据.
Interaction proteins were screened through the yeast two-hybrid system from the cDNA library of different developmental stages of M. oryzae by using the constitutively active version of MoYpt7 as bait protein, and 10 potential interaction proteins genes have been obtained by repeated screening. BiFC or pull-down assay was used to verify the interaction between proteins, so as to offer the evidence for searching the downstream effectors controlling the pathogenicity of M. oryzae.
