喷油嘴喷孔的几何特征尺寸对柴油喷雾雾束有着直接的影响,从而也极大地影响了柴油机的各项性能.简要介绍了喷孔几何特征尺寸对柴油喷雾雾束及柴油机性能影响的研究现状,介绍了测量喷孔几何尺寸所用的制模测量法、力传感器测量法,针对其不足,提出利用X射线相衬成像技术测量喷孔几何特征尺寸.运用上海光源(SSRF)的第3代同步辐射光源,成功拍摄了喷油嘴内部图像结构,通过该图像可清晰地观测到包括压力室在内的喷孔内部结构,并较为精确地测量喷孔的直径及长度.
Diesel spray is affected by nozzle geometry,and subsequently affects engine performance.This paper reviews the influence of nozzle geometry on spray beam and engine performance,and intro-duces modeling method and force sensor measurement.X-ray phase contrast imaging measurement is pro-posed.Nozzle photos with detailed internal structure,including the minisac,were captured using the third-generation of synchrotron radiation light source in shanghai synchrotron radiation facility(SSRF).Diameter and length of the nozzle were accurately measured.
